I have no way of knowing whether this is true, but it seems plausible and these could be .... it's thought that 1000's of these were printed and distributed that day.

In any case, they are cool and a great talking point - especially in today's ever more commercial world

So they may have been made by or touched by Banksy - they are pretty cool and look good,
