MBU-5/P was the US Air Force standard issue oxygen mask from the 1960s through the 1980s. It saw limited use by the US Navy as well during the late 1970s. 

Used good condition mask for sale. SIZE REGULAR NARROW.

The all green mask is missing the J bayonets. All other cords and tube is on this mask. No cracks or tears-
