Luminous Merch is an Internet mail-order business founded by figure enthusiasts based in California. We are dedicated to bringing truly and only authentic plastic models, anime figures, and related aftermarket apparel and accessories to the marketplace at the most reasonable price. International Customer
International buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, tariffs, or custom clearance fees in their country. These fees and charges are not included in item price and shipping costs. Luminous Merch will not refund or pay any of these charges imposed by international buyer's country. Luminous Merch does not hold responsibility for delays caused by customs in international buyer's country. International buyers should always contact their country's custom office to determine what these additional fees or charges will be before placing orders.
Payments
We accept Paypal payments only. Payments is due within 7 days after order is placed. If payment is not received within this time, we will cancel the order and relist the item. If you are not able to make payment within 7 days, please notify us immediately with expected payment date.
Sales Tax
We are required to collect California sales tax (9.0%) for all orders that shipped within California.
Pre-order
Pre-order means purchasing an item before it is available. Please have the willingness to wait for longer time to receive the pre-order item.
Release date is provided to us by our distributors or manufacturers. Please be noted that release date is subject to change. There are many factors (such as weather and holiday seasons) beyond our control will affect the release date, but we will do our best to update this date to be as accurate as possible.
The release date we provide is for the US domestic market.
Always contact us for release date information if you are unclear before purchasing pre-order items. A confirmation email with the most recently updated release date information will be sent to you after payment is received, as well.
Required by eBay: your pre-order item will be shipped within 30 days from the date of purchase.

SHIPPING
Please use eBay's shipping calculator to determine shipping costs to your location.
For security reasons, we can only ship to the address registered on your PayPal. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before making payment.
We offer combined shipping. Please request an invoice at checkout if you want combined shipping on the items you have purchased. We will then prepare an updated invoice. Please note that if you do so, we will not ship combined items out until we receive the latest-released item at our warehouse.
We will ship out in-stock items within one business day (excluding weekends/holidays) once payment clears.
Tracking number(s) will be updated on eBay after shipment. Please note that tracking links can take up to 24-36 hours to activate.
Please understand that shipping costs are not limited to postal fees. They also cover packing material, handling costs, and transportation.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges, so these charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what additional costs may be applicable prior to buying.
TERMS OF PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION/RETURN
We accept payment by PayPal. All sales are final.
Returns are only accepted if the delivered item has a non-superficial defect not mentioned in the listing's description. If so, please let us know within 14 days of receiving the item and provide pictures of the item. We do not accept returns for any other reason, so please buy at your own risk. All items will be brand new in original packaging unless otherwise stated in the description.
We will honor the return shipping costs and any other charges incurred while shipping defective product(s) back.
