We accept several forms of payments at check out. In regards to order cancellation requests, we will do our best to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee that these request will always be granted. In regards to sales tax, most US states require internet sales tax now as a result we are required to charge sales tax in multiple states across the USA. If your state is one that ebay charges sales tax in, you will see the sales tax charge at time of checkout before you submit payment. All Sales tax is collected by eBay directly. I have no control on costs nor can I waive sales Tax. I don't directly receive a dime of it.

Standard shipping is 100% FREE on most auctions. Handling time on your order will be normally 1 -2 business days. We do not accept emailed requests to change shipping addresses. We are not responsible for any incorrect or undeliverable addresses. We only ship to confirmed addresses. International shipping does take longer but normally arrives between the ebay estimated dates. I have seen a few delayed a day or two though from the estimated dates.

Shipping schedule is as follows.

Items sold before 12 pm central time will be packaged up normally that day for shipping that very same day.

Items sold after 12pm central time will be packaged up the following business day and sent off that day.

Items sold over the weekend will be packaged up throughout the weekend and dropped off Monday morning. Unfortunately our post office is only open 8:15am central time to 9:15am so its difficult to ship any sales that happen Friday evening - Sunday untill Monday morning. Please remember we do not ship on federal holidays.

Please take a look at my other auctions as I do combined shipping and will provide shipping discounts. Discounts vary depending on your location since I also do international shipping.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and ebay determines what the international shipping charges are. I don't have any control over that and i actually don't even see what is being charged by Ebay.

RETURN POLICY

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Keep in mind a restocking fee may apply. Items must be returned in the condition they arrived in. The box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all other accessories must be returned. Return shipping fees are not refundable. We reserve the right to decline any returns if the above guidelines are not followed. All serial numbers must match our sales records. Any and all electronics sold will be inspected to ensure no fraud or tampering has occured which will take 24-48 hours upon arrival. We do record all necessary information and take fraud claims very seriously.
