APOLLO-SOYUZ CREW SIGNED HUGE CONGRATULATORY POSTER WITH FLOWN FLAGS ON IT |
It's offered to your attention the huge 20x24" congratulatory poster dedicated to the famous space mission ASTP in 1975 when the Soviet Soyuz-19 docked with the US Apollo and their crews opened the hatches to meet aboard and work together.
The poster is based on a stylized print of the Soyuz and Apollo spacecraft docked together and orbiting the Earth. This mission "symbolize the ability of nations to work together successfully in space as well as on earth", as stated in the inscription in Russian and English. The print is attached onto firm cardboard. |
Size - about 505x600 mm (20x24 inches). Condition - very good. The print and the cardboard look a bit yellowish and faded. The edges of the poster are shabby and torn somewhere. The flags are perfect. The signatures are very clear. It would look great if framed and placed onto a wall. |
The poster comes with the COA issued by the expert of the Moscow auction house "Gelos". It's in Russian, printed on A4 format paper. |
