LEGO Juniors 10735 City Police Truck Chase.  This set comes complete with all pieces and the instructions.  I did notice when building this set that there is a 1x4 white tile that doesn't have the diagonal red hazard stripes.  I'm not sure if it's supposed to have a sticker or if it's a print, but it is just a plain white 1x4 tile.

It's a fun and easy set to build. Great for kids. Ships with USPS Priority Mail.
