It was made to fit on the  2003 HOSTESS APPRECIATION BASKET which measures approximately 4" round x 1" high.. TOP of Lid is padded. BOTTOM is Wooden with Fabric covering wood piece. Makes it Great to use Alone, esp for those who love to Sew or do Craft projects.. or on top of Basket !!
