About the shades
We offer all of our polyester products in a range of colours all of which can be seen in our photographs. We have done our best to ensure that the picture are a true representation of the product and colour, however image colours may appear differently on different monitors.
If you need several napkins in the same colour please ensure that you order them at the same time as we are unable to guarantee that the shades will be identical if they are made from different rolls of fabric. Samples can be purchased by selecting QTY 1, this will give you a rough idea of the shade, however we cannot guarantee that future orders will be the same shade but we will ensure that they are a close match.
Due to an increase in customers returning orders after they have been used we will now not be providing automatic refunds.
Returns must be sent back in the original packaging, with the tags still attached and the condition that they were sent in WE WILL NOT provide a refund on any used table linen. They must not be returned smelling of washing powder or food.
If an order has been sent back in a used condition or without tags still attached or smelling of food/washing powder we will contact you to discuss your return.
As a result a refund may not be provided or a percentage of your refund deducted.
We are a small family run business and cannot continue to absorb the cost of fraudulent returns.
