Please note that the following areas may have higher postage costs due to their location and the weight of the parcel. Wherever possible we will ship via Royal Mail or Hermes, however for some of the following locations we may need raise an additional paypal invoice for the price difference and will not be able to ship the parcel until the additional charge has been paid.

Postage options are either £14.99 for a 2-3day delivery or £19.99 for a 1-2 day delivery Please note these shipping times are in addition to our dispatch times. Please either state on the customer comments when ordering which option you want or email us and we can then raise the appropriate paypal invoice for the difference in cost or you can ring us and pay the difference via credit card over the phone.

Payments are accepted from either PAYPAL or CREDIT/DEBIT CARD.
CREDIT/DEBIT card details should be phoned to us quoting your ebay purchase details between 10am - 4pm Monday - Friday. All payments are secure through Worldpay and confirmation email will be sent from Worldpay once payment has been completed for all card payments
2ND CLASS is not a trackable or insured service. We obtain proof of postage from the post office for ebay purposes but can not track an item once it has been posted.
Post Office will not pursue any non delivery until 15 working days from dispatch so this service is only recommended for low value non urgent items
1ST CLASS SIGNED FOR requires a signature and provides proof of delivery and usually takes 1-2 working days from dispatch
AIRSURE is an overseas trackable service and is the recommended postal option for Worldwide locations.
AIRMAIL is not trackable or insured once it has been dispatched but we do obtain proof of postage for ebay purposes. Delivery usually takes 1-2 weeks from dispatch depending on delivery country and customs regulations.
Overseas customers outside of the European Union are liable for any import duty payable
COMBINED POSTAGE is available on all items If ebay doesn't give an automatic combined postage option please let us know and we can alter the amount prior to you paying for the items.
All items are covered by our 30 DAY RETURN POLICY for exchange or refund (excludes and postage costs) and exchanges will incur a return postage charge
Items must be returned in their original packaging and with all labels intact and unused
FAULTY/WARRANTY issues may have been to taken up with the suppliers prior to issuing a refund
RETURNS FORMS and contact details will be included with every order and need to be completed so we can process your return quickly
NO PAYMENT STRIKE If you are likely to have a delay in payment please let us know as soon as possible, otherwise Ebay will automatically do a no payment strike if items are not paid for within 7 working days from purchase.
