We do our utmost to have all orders delivered within 2-5 working days after dispatch. If we are unable to meet this delivery time we will contact you within 24 hours of your order being placed to inform you of the situation.
We offer FAST & FREE standard delivery to UK Mainland postcodes on all orders. This will be a courier to door service only. If you require delivery to Scottish Highlands and Islands, British Isles or Northern Ireland additional charges may apply and delivery times may be extended. Please contact us via the eBay messaging system, if you would like delivery to one of these areas.
Please ensure somebody is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods. As it is unlikely you will have time to thoroughly check the goods at the time of delivery, please sign for the goods as UNCHECKED. If any damage is suspected please sign the delivery note as DAMAGED. We must be informed of damage within 48 hours of delivery.
It is your responsibility to pay the postage cost of the returning goods. It is advisable to use a signed for delivery service for your protection. Once the item is received we will refund of purchase price by the same method as the payment was made.
All returned products must be complete, unused, in an undamaged state with no signs of use and still in their original packaging.
If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered, again please inform us immediately via eBay message, so we can either organise the return of the goods and a replacement product to be sent out, or arrange collection of the goods and issue you a full refund.
