DOMESTIC ORDERS

Our items will be sent the same or next business day upon receipt of payment. We are able to ship items USPS First Class, Priority or Express Mail. Please select from our shipping options. All orders will have tracking number send to you automatically via Pay Pal. Delivery and signature conformation by request. We do combined shipping for products purchased at same day.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We have listed the price for First Class International Airmail within the listing. First Class is the least expensive shipping method, but it is also the slowest. If you require expedited shipping, you will have the option of choosing Priority or Express shipping at the time of your checkout. Express shipping is the ONLY method that offers tracking for international packages. Typically, First Class International Airmail takes 7-14 business days to arrive while Priority Mail takes 6-10 business days and Express Mail takes 3-5 business days to arrive. All delivery times are APPROXIMATE and exclude any delays in passing through customs.

CUSTOMS

Many countries impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from the US. You as the buyer are solely responsible for payment of any and all taxes, fees, duties, or tariffs assessed by your country at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for these and cannot quote these fees. Please contact your local customs agency for additional information. If your package experiences delays in passing though customs, these delivery times can be increased. If you would like special handling for customs, please indicate this in the customer notes in checkout. We will do our best to accommodate.

We regret that due to hygiene concerns we are unable to offer returns for this product for any reason other than manufacturer's fault or unless product is grossly misrepresented. The returned product must be FACTORY-SEALED and you will need to contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Before we ship the new product or issue refund we must received the product in question.
