All orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail, or DPD depending on the size and weight of the item. Orders may be upgraded to DPD, depending on the weight or the amount of the order. Next Day is a premium service, and if you wish to upgrade your order onto this service there will be a nominal fee of £5.95 - please contact us before purchasing if you wish to have a Next Day Service. Orders placed by 5pm will be dispatched same day. Orders are usually delivered between 3-5 working days through our approved couriers.

PayPal is the only payment method which is accept through eBay. It is possible to pay via Debit or Credit card but this will be through PayPal. Bank Transfer is accepted, but please contact us before you place your order.

We like to make returns as easy as possible, if there is an issue with your item we will do everything we can to correct it as quick as possible. If you do not like your item, or you wish to exchange it for a different size, or style you will need to return the item to us at your cost. When returning an item, please make sure it is through a valid tracked service, as we cannot accept liability for any lost returns, or returns which are damaged in transit back to us. If you have received the wrong item, or your item has been delivered damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will correct any issue.
