This is a genuine new version replacement remote for the RC-WM-E01 Serta Motion Signature Base. The manufacturer recently discontinued the old gen that used a 3V battery in lieu of this new easy to use replacement with triple a batteries. If your buttons are remote is not exactly like the old one in this picture then it will not work. I can look up a serial number for a bed if you have lost your old remote and can’t remember what it looks like.
