My personal Experience : Tom Ford Beauty Notorious is a slightly cool-toned, dark fuchsia with a semi-matte finish. Notorious Satin Matte Lip Color is a bright, medium red with cool, blue undertones and a satin finish. It had nearly opaque pigmentation with a smooth, firm (but not stiff) texture that felt waxy as it glided across my lips, yet it yielded excellent, even coverage in a single stroke. The lipstick was ultra lightweight, comfortable to wear, and sat well on my lips. It stayed on well for six hours, left a faint stain behind, and was moisturizing while worn.
