local pick up available. bank deposit accepted, pick up only after payment clears. cash on pick up ok. as per ebay and paypal seller protection cannot accept paypal payment for local pick up. if you process paypal payment and request pick up, you will have to pay cash on pick up and paypal payment will be refunded. note that it might take paypal and banks few days to process the refund. ebay and paypal will show as refund pending or initiated but it will take up to a week to show in your account. even if you need refund urgent, nothing I can do about it. don't use paypal if you want to pick up
