This is an amber wall mounted glass boot match holder.  It is the later version of the Tramp Match Safe originally made by Bryce. 

This shoe appears on Page 66, Plate 31, Shoe 400 in Shoes of Glass 2.  This shoe is described on Pages 136-137.  This design is the later, reproduced, with the less-finely crafted back and design between the sole and upper.  At any rate, this is THE shoe in that photo plate - see this listing's photos. 

The shoe measures approx. 3-1/2 in. long x 4-1/8 in. tall.  It is in excellent condition, no chips nor cracks.  Please message us if you have any questions.
