You will receive 2 stainless steel bolts with Allen key head size: 3/16" and a bonus T-27 Torx bit. 

Please note the new bolts do have 1cm less threading than the original, however it still fits perfectly and the scroll wheel lock works flawlessly. The original was made with more threading than necessary. Please see the pictures of it installed, the bolt goes all the way in and the scroll wheel works well.

What you need to install:

Remove the 4 allen key bolts from your seat back(Allen keys not included). To remove the original bolt that came with your chair you will need a special T-27 Torx bit which I am including(The bit will need to be placed in any standard screwdriver or drill that accepts bits). If your bolt head is broken off, you can extract the broken bolt but turning the broken bolt with a pair of pliers counter clockwise. Please remove the bolt carefully and make note of how the scroll wheel and arm parts are stacked.

Installation is the reverse of removal. The new bolt has an Allen key head size of 3/16"(The same T-27 Star bit that fits the original bolt will also fit).

Please ensure your model Aeron chair matches the pictures with the dial/rotary style arm height tensioner. The bolts may not fit other styles.
