Cancellations

Returns

Customers have 30 days after receipt of their order to request a return through the eBay message center. Vitamin Grocer will honor requests for refunds (with the return of the item) or merchandise exchange. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer, unless the return request is the result of a mistake made on the part of Vitamin Grocer (mispick, poor packaging that results in the item being damaged, etc.).
