Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment (exlcuding weekends or bank holidays).

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail for peace of mind, unless additional postage rates are paid.
This service normally takes 48 hours, but in Royal Mail's T&Cs they state it can take 2-4 working days from the postal date for the delivery to arrive.

We also offer a Royal Mail Tracked 24 service, for which there is an additional charge of £1.50

Goods will be sent to the address given on the order, the PayPal confirmed address

Returns

If cartridges are faulty, please contact us via eBay and we will refund/replace your items at your convenience - on receipt of the faulty goods.

Return postage is to be covered by the buyer.

If a refund is required original postage costs will also be refunded.
