This item is designed by King Features Syndicate Inc. Fleischer Studios Vandar SLC it's a 2004 Collectible tin. A collection of Betty Boop "Kiss the Cook" this item used to hold  used to store anything. I believe it can also be considered a canister.  There are signs of use of wear with a few stains and rust but it could be considered as adding character to the item. This item measures approximately 7 1/2" x 4 1/2"
