All the ink samples go on the 3ml plastic vials that you see on the pictures. Each ink sample will have a colored label matching your ink sample so that you keep your ink samples organized.

Fast Shipping

We ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment on business days. Orders to Europe are usually delivered within 1 to 6 business days. International orders are usually delivered within 7 to 15 business days but times can not be guaranteed due to varying customs hold-ups & port delays at various destinations.

Some governments impose a Customs Duty fee for the importation of goods purchased from foreign countries. We recommend that you contact your local Customs authority for the specific policies that your country uses. If this fee applies to your package, then you are responsible for paying it. We are not accountable for any tax fees applicable to your purchase.

Returns & Refunds

While we make everything that we can to be accurate on our listings and images, we also understand that a specific item may not suit you or your needs. So, if you want to return the product, you will need to return it within 15 business days of receiving it. As soon as we get it, we will inspect the item and if it is unused, we will process your refund.
