We Use Royalmail for all Domestic Shipping with Parcel force for Heavy items. Our services are tracked / Signed for or delviery confrimation.

For International Orders with use Royal Mail who deal with the item until its handed over to the local mail carrier.

(Please Note that the delvery tiems for international parcels is mearly a guidline) Customs can seriously affect the time it takes a parcel to be received.

Your order should normally arrive within 5 working days of you receiving your dispatch confirmation. If you haven’t received your order after 10 working days, get in touch with our customer support team and we will be more than happy to help.

Most of our items are sent with Tracked or Signed For. You can check the progress on your order from the order confirmation page on eBay or the email sent.

Please make sure you supply us with your correct delivery address when you’re purchasing as we won’t be able to make amendments to the address once the order has been placed.

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday with Royal Mail. Normally itemsare delivered before 4pm but this may vary with seasonal changes.

If your order doesn’t fit through your letter-box then Royal Mail may try to leave your order in a safe place or with a neighbour.

If a safe place cann’t be located or nobody is able to take receipt either at your property or the neighbours’, then the item will be returned to your local Post Office / Sorting Office for your collection

Buyer wants to Return Item

Returns that are the customer’s choice under the distance selling regulations, returns that do not fit, changed mind or goods that are simply unwanted are all entitled to a refund if it is reported to us within 30 days of receipt. Return Postage is the responsibility of the buyer under these circumstances.

Item should be sent back in As-received Condition. If the item has been used or shows marks of use, we may charge a re-stocking fee.

If seals have been broken on a “New item” and it’s in a Non-New Selling Condition, we may charge a re-Stocking Fee.

If the item is refurbished / Open Box – we don’t charge re-stocking fees​​​​​​​

If you have a problem with an order – just speak to us, we can normally help any situation.

If you order the wrong item, Not a problem, Don't open it send it back we will swap it for you. The buyer pays the return postage cost.

Returns That Are Our Fault or Faulty Items 

Returns that are our fault would include wrong items received or faulty goods. In this case, we will refund you in full including the original postage & packaging that we charged to you and. Faulty items must be reported within 30 days of receipt. If an item is missing part or not as described, this must be reported with 7 Days.

We will also provide you with a Free return label (if in the UK) or ask you to send the item with an economy postal service – agreed in advance (International Customers). 

We test all return items. We check serial No’s to prevent fraud. If we find the item not to be faulty we may charge a postage fees for the return label chaged at cost. We may also report the matter to eBay to prevent further misuse of eBays return policies.

All New items carry a minimum 12 Months Manufacturers Warranty. If you have an issue with contacting the manufacture or their returns process you can open an RMA with us and we can help.

DSG Supply stock is various grades and condition. We try our very best to make sure the product you purchase never has any defect but like most electrical items, faults can occur.

We are more than happy to look at any out of warranty products as well as in-warranty items.

Grading explained : 

As-New Conditon : A new, unused item with absolutely no signs of wear. The item may be missing its original packaging, or the original packaging has been opened or is no longer sealed. The item may be a factory second, or a new and unused item with minor defects. See the seller’s listing for full details and description of any imperfections.​​​​​​​

Refurbished Condition :  The item has been restored to working order by the eBay seller or a third party. This means the item was inspected, cleaned, and repaired to full working order and is in excellent condition. This item may or may not be in original packaging. See seller’s listing for full

Pristine : Item is in Almost New Condition - there is virtually No mark or signs of use on the item that are visible without very close inspection.

Very Good : Item is in great condition with very minimal signs of use or wear. Body, Screen may show very small signs of handling / use.

Good : Item will shows some more significant signs of use. Cosmetic marks but the device will be fully functional and great value.
