Please be aware that there are many types of DC power extensions available on the market. Most commonly used for CCTV equipment are 5.5mm outer barrel and a 2.1mm or 2.5mm inner pin. We advise to check with the manufacturer of your product before your purchase.
Please check the total wattage of the power supply unit is the equivalent or greater than the total wattage of the devices being used.

You have 30 days from placing your order to return an item to us. We do not accept returns on items that have been used/installed but we will offer a replacement for a faulty item. In some cases if the item is in used or damaged condition, we will issue a partial refund.
We will issue full refund only if the item is received with it's full, original packaging and falls within the outlined time frame.
