HOW TO MEASURE 
1. Measure any of your feet as they are pressed against the floor. Preferably draw around your foot on a piece of paper and then measure the drawn silhouette from toe to heel.
2. The measurements we provide were taken from inside the shoes. This means that your soles should measure LESS than 24.4 cm in length.
3. Please don't forget to allow for extra room and comfort. We suggest at least 0.3 centimeters wiggle room.

RETURN POLICY
• Need to return? No problem! The return must be processed within 20 days of receiving your order. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn. 
• Please notice that during a return buyer pays for return shipping and any shipping fee paid when placing your order is non-refundable.
