Free standard shipping for all orders. Express shipping is available at $5 per order.
Orders are processed within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) and dispatched from our Brisbane warehouse. All orders are shipped with Australia Post. We accept both street addresses and PO Box address.
Please allow approximately 3-8 business days for delivery depending on where you are in Australia.
For Northern Territory and non-Metro Western Australia customers, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
Return/ Refund/ Exchange
Please choose carefully when you are selecting your favourite gifts and gadgets because we do not accept exchange/refund for change of mind.
Our 30 days return policy accepts exchange/refund request if the goods are of unacceptable quality (i.e. faulty), are damaged during transit, don't match product description, or don't do what our description said they would do.
We will bear the return postage if the return meets any of these 4 conditions.
Please note that if the item you are returning is not in the same condition as it was when we sent it, or if it gets damaged in transit, we will only give you a partial refund.
