THIS IS A FRONT ONLY LIFT & WIDENING KIT FOR THE ARCTIC CAT KITTY CAT 72-99 MODEL SLEDS, WITH THIS KIT THE SLEDS HAVE A MUCH EASIER TIME ACTUALLY GOING THROUGH SOME SNOW INSTEAD OF BEING STUCK ALL THE TIME IN ANY AMOUNT OF SNOW MORE THAN A DUSTING LIKE THEY DO STOCK. THIS IS A BRAND NEW CUSTOM CNC LASER CUT AND JIG WELDED SET OF LIFTING AND WIDENEING SPINDLES FOR USE WITH OUR REAR LIFT KIT, OR IF YOUR KITTY CAT IS ALREADY LIFTED IN THE REAR AND YOU NOW NEED TO GET THE FRONT TO MATCH THE LIFTED REAR SO THE MACHINE HANDLES AND PREFORMS PROPERLY. IF YOU WANT TO PURCHASE A FRONT AND REAR KIT AND GET A DISCOUNT SEE OUR OTHER LISTINGS AS WE HAVE THE ENTIRE KIT LISTED THERE IF YOU ARE NOT LOOKING TO PURCHASE JUST THE FRONT AS SEEN HERE. THE FRONT IS LIFTED APPROXIMATELY 3 INCHES AND WIDENED ABOUT 2.5 INCHES. THIS WILL KEEP THE SLED AS STABLE AS IT WAS PRIOR TO BEING LIFTED. THE SPINDLES ARE UNPAINTED BARE, SO YOU CAN PAINT THEM WHATEVER COLOR YOU WOULD PREFER ONCE YOU GET THEM. IF YOU HAVE A PRE 94 MODEL KITTY CAT YOU WILL NEED TO DRILL OUT THE SKI SADDLES FOR A 3/8 BOLT (BOLT AND DRILL NOT INCLUDED, BUT ANY HARDWARE STORE CARRIES THEM), FROM 72 TO 94 STOCK KITTY CATS CAME WITH A 5/16 BOLT HOLDING THE SKI TO THE SPINDLE AND THEY WERE PRONE TO BENDING AND WEAR, SO YOU WILL NEED TO UPDATE TO 3/8 BOLT WHEN YOU INSTALL THESE SPINDLES, IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY DONE SO. THAT IS THE ONLY MOD NEEDED ON THE OLDER MACHINES TO RUN THIS KIT. THIS WILL FIT THE 95 AND NEWER MACHINES, BUT YOU MAY NEED TO TRIM THE EXTENDED SPINDLES SLIGHTLY TO GO ON THE 95 AND NEWER MACHINES AS SOME OF THOSE SKIS WERE A HAIR NARROWER THAN OTHERS (NOT ALL HAVE A CLEARNACE ISSUE AND IT JUST TAKES A HAIR OF A TRIM ON THE SPINDLE OR TAPPING THE SKI SADDLE A HAIR WIDER).

MACHINES LISTED ABOVE CAN USE ALTERNATE PARTS ON MODELS STATED DEPENDING ON BUILD DATE, TRIM AND SPECIFIC MODEL AND THE WAY MANUFACTURES STATE THEIR FITMENT GUIDES. THEREFORE YOU NEED TO CHECK YOUR SPECIFIC MODEL AND PART NUMBER REQUIRED PRIOR TO PURCHASE, AS THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON THIS ITEM.
