This is a nice Toye Kenning & Spencer Ltd enamel trinket / pill box with decoration based on a Charles Dickens character. It is marked Mr. Pickwick addresses the Pickwick Club. In good condition as the pics show with minimal to no signs of wear and it comes exactly as shown. It measures 1 3/4" in diameter and is 1 1/8" tall.
