The brim is broken, in multiple places. Still wearable. The foam is intact inside, and it's not rotten at all but it is very thin and could probably Stand to have an insert. I didn't mess with the tabs but they don't seem to be rotted out. Many of the tags are missing, cut out. But overall it's in good condition and it's pretty radical oh, I've not seen one like it. I don't know where it came from, but I'd imagine it was worn by someone in the rodeo.
