This door rope is compatible with the Dunsley Highlander 5 range of wood burning stoves. The door sealing rope helps keep your stove door flush and held tightly against your stove to ensure an airtight seal for an efficient burn. Over time the door sealing rope will become worn or damaged and will subsequently need replacing. Replacing the door rope is relatively easy and best done with the door removed and laying flat. The door rope is held in place using a special rope adhesive designed specifically for use in the extreme heat conditions of a wood burning stove.
Have a Highlander 5 but the SOLO model? You will instead need the Dunsley Highlander 5 SOLO door sealing rope which is a different length.
