Buying from us:
We really do appreciate that buying
virtually is a different experience from a physical purchase. Thus, we aim to
mention everything known about a work and include detailed photographs of each
area, including the back of the painting, a close up of the signature and any
known scratches, wear or damage. Please note, any lifestyle images are
indicative only and may not reflect the actual artwork size. Please ensure you
check the dimensions and do not use this image as a true reflection of size. We
are happy to discuss any further questions you may have prior to bidding.
Return on Paintings:
If you return a painting or print
because we have described it incorrectly, we will be happy to accept return of
the painting within 7 days. Returned paintings must be
returned tracked and signed by recorded delivery. We unfortunately cannot
accept 'proof of postage'. The painting needs to be bubble wrapped and have
adequate protection to be returned.
Glass:
Due to the fragile nature of our
artwork, shippers do not provide compensation for any damage caused during
transit. By placing your bids, you accept and acknowledge that we cannot
compensate or refund for any damage occurring. Glass will be removed before

requested at the buyer’s risk.
