l acquired a small lot of RARE railroad/railway related and other old envelopes, stamps, matchbooks, coins, collectibles, ect. and of mostly defunct railroads. 

Apparently, this is just the cover as there are staple holes along the center edge? I'm guessing it was an event flyer that possibly had the itinerary pages inside but are missing now? Mostly this sale as about the nice rare full page ad for National Premium Beer with a Maryland lobster. The full pages are 8" x 11 1/2". Actual color is very close to the picture of the beer ad.
