Antique? Sanctuary Bell AONVS PELICANVS LEO X AOVILA Long! Clapper Brass Church

There a few things that are very different about this bell - 

1)  The clapper is different from any that I have seen - it is unusually long  - almost like a handle on it?? 2) The bell as viewed from the bottom is NOT perfectly round - somewhat squarish? 3) The bell as viewed from the bottom shows different thicknesses! 4) no seams.

There is some "light-colored" looking lacquer? in a few places on the bell.

Measurements:    2-13/16"  to  2-14/16" in diameter,  3-1/8"  tall;   weight is 10.1 ounces
