Photograph Notes: The Consett and Sunderland Railway Path forms part of National Cycle Network route 7 and the famous C2C Cycle Route. A number of artworks have been established along the path. The sinuous earthwork to the left is the lower end of the "Lambton Worm", a famous character in the folklore of the North-East. Ahead is the bridge which carries the A693 over the path.
