Powers on with light visible in vacuum tube, makes sound feedback that changes with dial movement, plate moves well at 78 and 45 settings and struggles at 33 and 16. I do not have a record to test the playback or changer function. The needle is present.  1 loose brass piece is inside, looks like it maybe goes on the needle arm?
