This vintage Christmas wall plaque is by Norcrest. It is of Santa wearing his bright red hat. The white trim of Santa's hat has some gold accents on it. He has rosy cheeks and a large fluffy white beard. On the left of his hat is a piece of green holly with red berries. There were a few small areas of paint wear/loss to the holly which has been touched up. This vintage Christmas wall plaque is in excellent condition!
