About the speed of warm milk warm milk
1. Protein in breast milk may be denatured at 60℃. In order not to hurt the nutrients in breast milk, the warm milk temperature should not exceed 60℃.
2. The speed of warm milk is related to the amount and initial temperature of water and milk, and the selected heating temperature. The heating temperature is recommended to be set at 40-50℃.
