Payment

We aim to dispatch all orders next working day.  Orders placed during the weekend are dispatched on Monday. Items are sent via Royal Mail Second Class. Please allow at least 3 working days from dispatch to arrive.

Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for costs for returning your item.

Item Unreceived?

If you have not received your item yet, it may have been delayed in the post. This can happen and is very common during busy holiday periods.  If your item has not arrived a week after estimated delivery, please contact us.
