This C. 1910, Antique, 10” Hand Carved Natural Fiber, (no resin) Geisha w/ Polychrome decoration is quite special.

She comes from a collector of natural fiber carvings, collected over approximately 60 years. This Japanese carving is beautifully done. Her costume indicates her date of creation is approximately 1910-1915.

She has a small chip on the front edge of her hat brim. No other defects are seen. Her polychrome decoration is in excellent condition, exhibiting good color.

A wooden base is attached.
