These JaysAndKays® Metal Adapters are to adapt your GShock GMS5600 to use most 1-piece or 2-piece 20mm straps. For a video demonstration of this product, see our JaysAndKays YouTube channel. This item is also suitable for GMA-S2100 but not for GMS2100.

The adapters are machined from aluminum and finished with a TypeIII hard black anodize.

Kit includes:
- (2) JaysAndKays® Metal Adapters with 20mm stainless steel springbars
- (1) springbar tool
- (2) 16mm quick release springbars
