Early as 1994 when this designer started making prom dresses to early 2000s making it approximately 30 years old!! Vintage items of this age and minimal wear are RARE! Current styles with the exception of higher end brands simply don’t employ the same quality. As the saying goes, they don’t make them like this anymore!
