Same day dispatch if the order is placed before
13:30 pm Monday - Friday.
If you are based in mainland UK, we will deliver
your order to you using the Royal Mail or other Courier. This is dependent upon
the weight and size of your order.
Free UK Shipping: We offer free Royal Mail Economy
Delivery on all our items to mainland UK. Express Shipping, we offer Next
Day/24 Hour Delivery at an additional charge.
International shipping: We will use International
small packets, please allow 15-20 days to deliver. We do combine postage, for
more than 1 item purchased; if you purchased more than 1 item, please send us a
request to combine postage and do not pay until you receive a combined invoice.
If you missed your delivery time, Royal Mail will
leave a card to inform the customer as to where the item is, if this is ignored
the courier will re-attempt delivery the next working day or you can check with
your local post office. If this re-delivery is again unsuccessful the item will
be returned to the couriers’ depot for further instruction and eventually
returned to us. If this occurs, then the buyer will be responsible for
re-delivery charges.
Returns
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you are
not satisfied with the item.
Please eBay message us or by email and we will
message you the returns form for filling. Any parcel returned to us without
authorization will be refused. All returned items must be in the same condition
(both internal and external, with all original packaging and instruction booklets)
as originally supplied by us.
If the return has been agreed, you will have 7 days
to send the item(s) back to us.
Unfortunately returns cost is at your own expense.
Any items that are returned used, not in the original packaging, and unsuitable
for re-sale will be refused a refund/exchange. We reserve the right to charge a
15% administration and handling fee. Once the returned item has been processed
and authorized, your refund will be put back into the original payment method
that was used. This is likely to be completed within 15 days. Some banks may
vary.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please
contact us first before leaving any feedback or sending it back.
In most cases, we will reply to your message within
24 hours. we need to understand in detail what the problem is in order to
prevent the same problem from occurring again.
