I offer free postage on all items. Note that while it's free, the actual postage cost comes out of my own expense, which racks up quite the bill when sending hundreds of orders a month. The free postage is usually 2nd class or 2nd class tracked & signed (depending on the item's value) which can take up to 5 - 7 working days for Royal Mail to deliver.

For anything urgent, I also offer upgrades for a quicker service at the checkout such as 1st class tracked & signed, as well as special delivery, so for anything urgent, I'd recommend those shipping options.
