For other large items such as hoods, seats, engines, transmissions, and similar we ship using a freight carrier. These items typically ship by pallet on a large freight truck. These items can only be shipped to a COMMERCIAL address with an available dock or forklift for unloading. If you are unable to provide a commercial address, we can arrange for the item to be delivered to the shipping company's nearest freight terminal from which you can pickup the item at your earliest convenience.
All returns must be made and will be accepted within 30 days of item being received by customer only if the item is non-functional or if it differs from the description.
Buyers are fully responsible for the shipping cost of the return. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable! Most of our products are offered with free shipping, meaning shipping has been included in the price to provide you with the total cost of the order.
