measured from the BOTTOM OF THE SPOKES "HEAD" OR FLANGE TO THE END OF THE SPOKE.See picture of the black spoke on the ruler.

nipples are optional . 12pc. 12mm.(top to bottom length) black brass nipples are included if chosen in drop down menu 

since the spokes are custom cut to length, there is no retail packaging.since the spokes are hand cut and threaded, please,note:the difference in the size one set could be up to 1mm.
