No known issues so far, I listened to it for several days. It had fantastic sound and performance, even through not perfect cosmetics(without top cover). Note it was from 60's vintage, so please excuse the smaller chassis than 17 inch standard tuner receiver chassis size we have got used to.
Warning: When buying vintage used item, the item condition is the key for differentiate treasure vs junk. Do not fool yourself by buying another low cost unit thinking unit to unit would be the same.
Priced to go, this is a good working Sherwood transistor tuner !

Mine subbed in for my McIntosh MR77 and I'm peasantly surprised that I do not miss it after listening to the S-3300 for some time. I could get rid of my Philips 6731 and replace it with a S-2300.

Nice tuner. Most are not aware of the S-2300. The early transistor based tuners are overshadowed by the 1960s tube tuners. The S-2300 is a very good sounding tuner.

I've had offers for either of my S-3300 and nope, just not on the auction block unless someone wants to pay in the range of maybe a Philips 673 or Marantz 20b. Mine replaced a MR77 so it will give an idea as to the value I place on mine.
