I took the photos of hard drive space and specs and then did a full reset to a new download of Windows 10 Pro, so it likely has more HD space and a newer Windows than pictured.

The power cable is partly coming apart - see photo - no exposed wires or danger, just something to be aware of. I taped over it with fresh electrical tape so it's all good.
