This is a cool red (rust) turtleneck sweatshirt dress with a side zipper closure by Young Fabulous & Broke.  The length can be adjustable.

It is cotton, rayon, spandex blend.

This great dress is a ladies size small. It measures 20" armpit to armpit and is 36" shoulder to hem.

This comfy dress is so easy to wear, can be worn several ways and comes new with the tags.
