Ingredients:

Red Chilies, Coriander, Onion, Iodized Salt, Garlic Powder, Fenugreek, Black Pepper, Cumin, Turmeric, Cardamom Seeds, Cloves, Cinnamon, Ginger, Mace, Nutmeg.

Direction:

- Take 200 g medium size lamb pieces. heat 1/2 cup. 
- Ghee oil in a pan and add 1 tsp Roopak Masala & cook cook for half minute on low flame. 
- Add 1/2 cup grated onion & sauté. till golden brown.
- Sprinkle little water & repeat cooking of meat for 10-12 minutes make sure to stir consistently scrap all the sediments button of pan.
- Add 1/2 cup tomato pure cooks till the oil separates.
- Add Rogan Josh Masala 2 tsp 1/4 cup beaten yogurt & 1 cup water cook covered till the meat is tender stir occasionally remove cover & increase the heat & cook until ghee separates.
- Add 50 ml fresh thick cream & stir fry for few minutes on medium heat serve with naan rice or roti.
