It has been preowned and so there's a little scuffing around the edges so be sure and look at the pictures but it probably was hanging outside and it was made in 2000. It is structurally sound and will last for another 21 years I'm sure. I love finding things that my friends collect and making a flower arrangement for them with something that they collect and this would be so ideal for that.
