Delivery by Post - XTEC (UK) Ltd will send products by 2nd class (or 1st class) post unless stated differently but will NOT take responsibility for lost items and damage in transit if the items have not been insured. Customers will have to put a claim with Royal mail by themself. We will provide details to show we have dispatched the item(s).
All items that are Recorded or Insured need to be signed for by the buyer or member of their household.
